Admissions Policies and RequirementsChoice Esthetics conducts admission of students without regard to race, creed, color, religion, financial status, country or ethnic origin, age or sex. Prospective Students must have a clear understanding of verbal and written English language. Students must have the following education requirements: Grade 10 or higher Picture Identification (Driver’s license, military / other valid ID) Social Insurance Card

Cancellation PolicyAll programs require a 30% deposit upon registering for that course. This deposit is non-refundable. Full payment is due 14 days prior to course start date. Once paid, this fee is also non-refundable. Prior to 14 days if payment was made, the balance (minus 30%) can be refunded in full.

Late Registration PolicyPlease Call to Register if course is less than 14 calendar days away from class start date

Course Inclusions (What's included with my course?)All course manuals include Sanitation, Disinfection, and Sterilization. Theory, proper tool use, methods and contraindications specific to the classes of your choosing is also included. All courses include manuals and kits, unless otherwise specified.

Course ReschedulingIn the interest of maximizing our classes, Should you need to move to a different date. Please contact us 14 calendar days prior to the course start date via email. Calls, texts, or Messenger messages will not be accepted.

Transfer StudentsIn addition to the completion of the standard entrance requirements, students who have attended other esthetic training programs are required to provide official documentation. Students will be evaluated for knowledge of techniques and practical application. Hours from previous training may be applied, however, the School will determine any additional training in any area deemed necessary for successful completion of a program. Choice Esthetics will determine the appropriate classes and time required to complete training. Transferring students will be placed within the existing training courses and training time will be adjusted accordingly. The School reserves the right to accept or deny any percentage of the hours transferring from any school. Considerations will include the actual time accrued, the relevancy of the training to the course being offered and the length of time since the training occurred. Students wishing to transfer out of Choice Esthetics Modular Training may request (in writing) any and all current records regarding hours earned and academic achievement. Choice Esthetics has not entered into an articulation or transfer agreement with any other college or university.
